Ability to work with Congress and Cabinet	A	He handled congress and the cabinet well in his presidency.
Character and Integrity	C	He made friends with the wrong people. For example: “The Ohio Gang”
Education	A	He went to college. That’s the highest education you can get these days.
Empathy	A	He helped a lot of organizations.
Foreign Policy	A	There was a lot of burdens with the foreign policy, but he handled them well.
Relates to the common man	A	He came from a poor man, so he knew what it was like to come from nothing and  to live among common people.
Persuasiveness	B	He was a decent speech giver.
Political Experience	B	He came from a poor family, so at a young age, he didn’t get the best experience but later on he got a better political experience.
Public speaking & Communication	B	He was good at communication, but he wasn’t the best speech giver.
