I think people should be allowed to do it if they want, but it shouldn't be forced.

2.) They either agreed or disagreed

1.) Under certain circumstances. For example: If they were only put in jail for 24 hours like for a DUI.

2.) I think they should be able to vote if they had stayed clean for a certain period of time.
